​Open House​

Thank you everyone! I was able to share my space, business goals and vision. The space is versatile to suit client needs: esthetics, yoga, coaching and small workshops/classes. I am so excited to have a space to do all the services I love!

It's been 11 years in the making, and it feels good to smell my roses :-)

​New Online Course Available​

​College Exploration is designed to help individuals and families take a realistic look at college exploration. In this course, you hear from 4 sisters who have different educational journeys but were raised in the same household: (1) Regina Shumate, Owner of Befiy (2) Sonya Shumate, Podcast Host of Golden Conversations (3) Vonya Shumate-Hays, Educator and (4) Shanina Shumate SLI Empowerment Coach. In this course, we encourage learners to not be afraid to ask questions about college, and to continue to be curious about education and the careers it can bring.

Fall 2023: Engagement Workshops, Check in's & Classes

Our Engagement Workshops, Check ins & Classes are complimentary to the community. Workshops and classes will be up to 60 minutes. Keep in mind some of the sessions will be recorded. Our Engagement experience will have topics based on career related coaching, self-care, stress management, and yoga. We will also have guest speakers as well. It will be a great line up :-)

Upcoming Engagement

New Collaboration: Exceeding Expectations​

Rachel Hudson, Founder & Executive Director of Exceeding Expectations Project and Scholarship Foundation, provides access and opportunities to disconnected, transitional age youth (TAY). There program activities are designed to be a catalyst that helps youth and young adults reach their goals and fulfill their potential.

We are working together to develop a curriculum that will connect career mobility, financial literacy & educational resources for TAY, parents/guardians & students.

ILS Conference

May 2023, I had the incredible opportunity to attend the International Leadership (ILS) Conference in Orlando, Florida. I met leaders from across the globe from Africa to Europe to Latin America. I learned so much about leadership, values, boundaries and how to preserve through hard times. It's an experience I will never forget.
